Return Policy.

We take great pride in the quality of our products and services, and we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. However, we understand that sometimes things don't work out as planned. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, please contact us at print@badartprints.com within 14 days of receiving your order to request a refund.

Please note that we only accept returns on products that are damaged or defective. If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us with a photo of the damage or defect and your order number, and we will arrange for a replacement or refund.

We do not accept returns or refunds for products that are not damaged or defective, as they are made to order and cannot be resold. However, if there is an issue with your order that is our fault, such as an incorrect size or paper type, we will gladly replace it at no additional cost.

Please also note that we are not responsible for any errors or issues with your order that are a result of incorrect or incomplete information provided by you, including but not limited to errors in the artwork files, incorrect paper type or size, or incorrect shipping address. In such cases, we cannot provide a refund or replacement.
